Aperol is an Italian bitters apéritif made of gentian, rhubarb, and cinchona, among other ingredients. It has a vibrant orange hue. Its name comes from the Italian slang word for aperitivo, which is apero. Prosecco is an Italian DOC or DOCG white wine produced in a large area spanning nine provinces in the Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia regions, and named after the village of Prosecco which is in the province of Trieste, Italy.

Classic Aperol Spritz
Ingredients
- 6 oz Aprerol
- 6 oz Prosecco
- 2 oz Sparking Water
- Citrus Slice, Orange or Grapefruit
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients well
- Use Collins glasses, fill about 1/3 to half fullwith ice cubes
- Pour the Spritzer Mix
- Add the Sliced Citrus
