Mascarpone Cheese

Pure Vanilla Extract

Powdered Sugar
Instructions
Place the heavy cream, at room temperature, in a bowl and beat until peaks form.
Fold and mix in the Mascarpone, vanilla and powdered sugar
Fill the crepes and serve warmed.
